Solution:

Refers to Microsoft.NET Framework v4.0.30319
Go to directory C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Microsoft.Common.targets(Preferably -Open the file with Notepad)
Search for <PropertyGroup> , and then set <TrackFileAccess> to false
